Our Services
basement footer Drainage system
A basement footer drain and sump pump installation helps prevent flooding by directing water away from your foundation and pumping it out. This system is crucial for protecting your home from water damage, mold, and foundation issues, ensuring a dry and safe basement year-round.
Sump pump replacement
A sump pump replacement service ensures your basement or crawl space stays dry and free from flooding by replacing outdated or malfunctioning sump pumps. Over time, sump pumps can wear out, fail, or become less efficient, putting your property at risk of water damage. This service is crucial for protecting your home from mold, mildew, and structural damage caused by excessive moisture. A professional replacement ensures that your new pump is properly installed, working efficiently, and prepared to handle heavy rains or rising water levels, keeping your space safe and dry year-round.
Crack injection
Polyurethane crack injections are a solution to seal and repair cracks in your foundation. The polyurethane resin fills the cracks, preventing water seepage and further damage. This service is important because it stops moisture from entering your basement, protecting against mold, structural damage, and costly repairs. It’s a quick, effective way to maintain your home's integrity and keep your basement dry.

“Nate did an excellent job and I would hire him again. He is a great communicator via text, phone and in-person. He let me know the days that he would be doing work at my house and he texted me about half an hour in advance to let me know that he was on the way. Nate installed a drainage system, which involved using jackhammers to dig a trench around 75% of the interior wall of my basement. He repaired 3 large cracks in my basement wall, installed 2 sump pumps, and installed a drainage system into my yard. Nate was able to work around unexpected issues. For example, we discovered that my house sits on ledge, which made the jackhammering more difficult and which required modifying the original sump pump plan. Nate is friendly and easy to work with. His crew was great too. They lugged a LOT of debris out of my house to Nate?s trailer. Nate and his crew cleaned up the work areas. This was one of the best experiences I?ve ever had with anyone who has done a big job at my house.”

Nate came in and installed a new sump pump and discharge as well as dealing with a 15 foot polyurethane crack injection. Left no mess and was in and out very quickly.
— Cody REastern Maine Drainage was quick to assess our problem and Nate was able to set up an appointment within a few days to remedy our drainage issue. He was on time, communicated clearly, and was tidy with his work. Since I was at work while he was installing the new sump pump and drain line, he kept me in the loop about his progress. He had a detailed estimate that he stuck to, and he even deducted the cost of some PVC when he realized he didn’t need as much as he initially planned. I would recommend him to anyone needing work in their basement.
